Garden Tour

Our Season Ending Event

The Eureka Chapter ends each season with the annual Garden Tour and Picnic. The event is typically held the first Sunday of June. To make the event easy, a specific region, particular community, or cluster of closely situated homes are selected for the tour. At the final destination, there is a great potluck luncheon.

The event affords our members with a great opportunity to learn more about rhododendrons. Host gardens have magnificent settings that offer a variety of beautiful plant specimens. The tour is always a popular event at the time of year when nature is in full bloom!

It’s a great way for the members to celebrate the end of another Chapter Season. After a well deserved break, the meetings once again resume in September, with a new calendar of activities and exciting programs.
